Board Updates

·        Scott Ingham and Brent Anderson will be joining the board. They will resume existing terms. Roles will be confirmed at a future date.

Maintenance

·        We are following up on a bid to repair a few of our HVAC units that need repair

·        We will get additional floor mats ahead of the fall/winter season for common areas

·        Comprehensive carpet cleaning will be scheduled

·        All the old garage lights will be replaced with high efficiency LED lights

Security

·        Scott Dastrup now has admin access for our new entry system

The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, October 3^rd at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
