Firetrol panel has still been beeping, even though it has been serviced. Scott Dastrup will get bids for panel sprinkler connections and get bid from electrician to find the short in the system.
Mattresses in the back near the dumpster belong to a renter—email sent for them to dispose of them another way. Cost would be two hundred dollars for HOA to do it.
Water leak in the northeast stairwell has been repaired. Wall damage and paint will also be repaired.
Superior has strengthened locks entering lobby from both garages —related to recent break-in.
Email sent out as reminder to break down boxes for recycling. Recycling lids must close or the bins will not be accepted.
Reminder that cars in the back parking are only allowed for 72 hour time frame. Cars in violation may be towed or booted.
We are having issues with squirrels. Please do not feed them. For one thing, they can cause property damage.
Water sprinklers have been turned off in the back.
