The Club HOA, July 16th, 2020

Maintenance
- Window washing has been completed (excluding balcony windows)
- Carpets in the hallways and lobby are scheduled to be cleaned next week
- The ceiling damage in the garage from the water has been repaired
- There are a few other spots we’re following up on
Security
- Our entry doors (with the horizontal push bars) have been amended so people cannot keep them jammed/opened—there was an issue with the north garage entry door last week
- We’ve added a striker plate to the door of the maintenance room
- We will have our electrician install another motion light in the northwest corner of the parking garage, where we’ve seen some issues
- Ornamental Design will make some enhancements to the area between that corner and the adjoining building
- As another option, we are exploring adding pyracantha thorn bushes to the fencing
- The Board will consult with the office managers of the building to our west to see about using the same security service for nighttime walkthroughs
The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, August 11th at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
