The Club HOA, October 11th, 2021
Board members in attendance: Nathan Peters, Audrey Neville
Maintenance
· We are coordinating with our construction foreman to proceed with structural engineering estimates
· We are pending feedback from our nursery on options for new trees out front—this would likely be a spring project
· Our roof inspection for this fall will be scheduled for October
Security
· We’ve followed up with the city to better secure the public safety building—they are planning on fencing it off
· We will consult with our door company to evaluate options to add security to our elevators and stairwells, such as key fobs or codes
Other
· Rental Cap—we are nearing the rental cap. Should we reach the 35% limit we will need to restrict rentals as defined in the CC&Rs.
The next monthly HOA meeting will be November 9th at 4pm conducted over Zoom.
