Maintenance

·        We are seeking another bid for a structural engineering evaluation

·        Our roof inspection was completed—we’re waiting for their final report, no initial concerns

Security

·        We are evaluating security system upgrades for the building with M2 Building Systems given that our system is more than 20 years old

Other

·        Scott is looking into having our building approved by the VA which would qualify our building for VA supported loans
