Minutes for The Club monthly Board Meeting

August 17, 2017   1:00 PM

 

Board members in attendance: JH, JM, JG, and SD Dastrup.

 

  1. Completed:
  2. Both sides of the garage have been power-washed.
  3. Second floor common area drywall repair and painting is wrapping up. This was mistakenly reported as complete in last month’s notes.
  4. SD has distributed updated rental cap rules to all owners.
  5. Security camera installation in both sides of the garage by Elite Security.
  6. A new automatic sprinkler control panel with improved features was installed.
  7. Window washing.

 

  1. Topics discussed:
  2. The Board reviewed some of the required information we need to provide Firetrol in the event of a triggered fire alarm.
  3. The Board is responding to residents’ concerns, and voted to add language to the House Rules concerning balcony cleaning, plant-watering, etc...

 

  1. Future maintenance and to-do items:
  2. Blue recycling can washing was delayed, but will be completed by August 31.
  3. SD will be meeting with a representative from Ornamental Iron to gather more information for adding an additional security barrier to the top of the fence behind The Club.
  4. SD will arrange for carpet-stain removal on the fourth floor caused recently by moving activity.
  5. Painting of the south and east-facing balcony railings should be finished by August 31.
  6. Fourth floor deck maintenance should also be finished by August 31.
  7. Meeting adjourned.
