Scott Dastrup gave an update from Red Rock Heating. Wiring has been done on the 4th floor. One hallway unit to be done on each floor this week. Project has taken longer than expected, but the goal is to have the hallway units done by next week. 2 individual units still need to be installed. Deposit has been paid to Red Rock and the rest will be paid on completion of project.
Scott Dastrup has done more research on patio barbecues. Utah Fire Code 15A-5-103 prohibits operation of barbecues, including charcoal burners and other open-flame cooking devices on a balcony or within 10 feet of a building, except: one and two family dwellings, if protected by an automatic sprinkler system. Electric grills or similar apparatus shall be permitted.
New plumber has found source of leak in north garage. Ceiling to be repaired.
Further investigation is being done related to wiring for EV chargers. Electrician, Dustin, is checking on capacity of power grid, so we are still looking into this issue.
Elevator maintenance to be scheduled.
New electric lawn mower and leaf blower to be purchased. We have new dumpsters. Tree trimming to be scheduled and hedge in the back trimmed.
Apartment buildings to the north of us now have new property manager.
HOA board will be meeting with Housing Authority to find out more about plans for the public safety building across the street.
