Maintenance

·       Lobby Remodel

o  Our interior designer will coordinate the project

o  Painting in the lobby will begin next week

o  We will likely issue assessments on a pro-rata basis not to exceed $500 per unit

·       The dead blue spruce tree on the north side of the building has been removed

·       The roof inspection was completed last week—minor repairs were done and there were no large concerns

Security

·       The motion sensor light installation for the northwest corner of the parking garage has been delayed but will be done by the end of the month

·       We won’t be able to share security services with the 257 building, but we are looking into using the same security company given positive feedback

·       We’re still exploring new locks/keys with our locksmith for exterior doors and stairwells

·       We’ll be getting a bid for generators from the contractor who is installing the motion sensor light

Other

·       We will not be holding a holiday social this year due to the pandemic. We wish everyone a happy, healthy holiday season and hope to be able to meet for the annual meeting in March
