Minutes for The Club monthly Board Meeting
February 20, 2018 1:00 PM
Board members in attendance: JH, JM, JG, and SD.
- Completed:
- The trees in front of our building and the tallest pine tree in the courtyard were trimmed.
- SD contacted the city to see if there are available days besides Monday available for curbside recycling pickup. There is not, since we are on a fixed route.
- Topics discussed:
- Security. The Board voted to reset the access system annually. This applies to access codes, key fobs, and garage door openers. Details and instructions will be coming soon.
- Cleaning. There has been a noted decrease in quality, and frequency.
- Garage painting.
- Future maintenance and to-do items:
- For item 2.a above, SD will gather bids from security companies to provide physical monitoring of The Club, and bids for installing decorative spikes to the top of the back fence, by 3/27.
- For item 2.b above, SD will address this issue with the cleaning company.
- For item 2.c above, SD will gather bids by 4/18.
- JG will post a revised recycling volunteer sign-up sheet on the bulletin board, which will allow residents to make a weekly commitment, rather than monthly.
