HOA board meeting

Present:  Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Scott Dastrup and Jean Stephenson

Property insurance policy being evaluated.

Elevator Issues. KONE elevator has been our long term provider. Cost comparison has been done between KONE and Carson Elevator. Scott Dastrup has worked with Carson in other buildings. Carson has inspected our elevators—work would need to be done prior to switching providers. 90 day period would be needed before switching to Carson.

Scott Dastrup reported that water costs have gone up 25% all over the city.

Invitations have been sent out for March 12 Zoom annual meeting. Scott Dastrup will send out financial info for review prior to the meeting. Reserve account needs also being evaluated. Please send in questions, if possible, prior to the meeting.

American Roofing assesses our roof on an annual basis—due this spring.

Murray Glass is still working on possibility of double pane laminate glass for our lobby front windows.

LED lighting project in the garage has been completed.
