HOA board meeting1/14/2025


Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Scott Dastrup and Jean Stephenson

  • Scott Ingham provided printout comparing our HOA fees compared to other nearby condos of similar age. This information will provided to homeowners via email in the near future. It will be further discussed during the annual meeting. HOA fees are suggested at $10/square foot. Increase in fees are meant to build up our reserve account rather than doing special assessment as needs arise. This is to build up the reserve account for upcoming maintenance needs such as elevator and roof, etc.
  • Unit 211 is now under contract.
  • Renters must have at least a year lease. Scott Dastrup needs to be informed as renters come and go, so move-in fees can be collected.
  • 5 parking passes have been purchased so far. Better signage will be posted. 72 hour limit continues to be the policy for both residents and guests. Boot will be purchased to use with violations. Scott Dastrup will need to be called to have boot removed and $100 fee will be assessed. Parking fees will be going toward the reserve fund.
  • Holder for doggie bags will be purchased and put up in the back at grass patch near the dumpster.
  • No smoking on balconies.
  • New location in process for packages. New code lock will be installed on north door. 
  • Next HOA board meeting will be February 11 @ 4:00.
  • Annual meeting will be March 11 @ 7:00 pm via Zoom.
