The Club HOA July 17th, 2018

Board members in attendance: Jo Anne Hook, James Morgese, Nathan Peters

 

1.Security

  1. Maintenance has been requested for the North garage door which has remained open on occasion.
  2. Rear fencing—pre-fabricated fencing will not be a solution for the rear parking area due to access limitations with the large equipment required to install.

i.The Board is seeking guidance from Oxley to upgrade our current fencing and install metal sheeting.

  1. We’re still waiting for the final bids on deadbolts for the storage units. To reiterate, deadbolt installation will be required of all owners when we move forward.
  2. Amazon secure drop box—we’ve submitted an application to receive a secure drop box from Amazon for packages that are dropped off inside.
  3. If you see a security concern (garage door issues, doors not closing properly), please report it to the HOA and Scott.

 

2.Cleaning

  1. We’ve noticed improvements with the cleaning service, please let us know if you notice areas of concern.
  2. Touch up painting/repair will begin on the 3rd floor within the next week as part of routine maintenance.
  3. Notices for garage power washing will be sent in August.

 

Reminders

Any smoking must be at least 25 feet from the building. Smoking on balconies is not permitted, this is a nuisance to other residents and is prohibited under state law (Clean Air Act). 

 

 

The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, August 21st at 5pm in The Club Lobby.
