Maintenance
· Our annual Firetrol inspection and pressure testing has been completed
Security
· The Board is proceeding with the entry/access system upgrade with Buchanan. We anticipate the work will be completed in the next 2-3 months and we will update owners/residents once we confirm scheduling.
o To note, this will require new fobs. Garage door openers will not need to be changed.
Other
· Overflow parking—after further consideration and feedback from residents, The Board has decided to not proceed with leasing of the overflow parking spaces.
· The Annual Meeting will be Wednesday, March 1st at 630pm, conducted over Zoom. We will send out a meeting invite to the owners.
The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, February 7th at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
