The Club HOA, September 12th, 2022

Board members in attendance: Nathan Peters, Audrey Neville, Brock Saylor

Maintenance

·       Progressive Plants has a purple beech tree for us that we will plant this week to replace the dead one on our front north side

·       Exterior windows washing has been completed

·       Hallway carpet cleaning has been scheduled

·       We’re aware of a few residents observing mice in their units in the past week—we’re following up with our pest control contractor—if you have issues in your unit, please place traps

·       We’ve consulted with the city on xeriscaping requirements for our front areas to 1) reduce camping and 2) reduce water consumption

o  We are now pursuing design proposals and bids from landscapers and have walkthroughs this week with 2 companies

·       We will have Firetrol on site this fall for our annual maintenance

Security

·       We are still following up on a revised estimate for upgraded entry systems from M2 Building Systems

·       We’ll investigate hard-wiring our landscape lighting out front so we can remove the outlet, which has been attracting visits from ‘non-residents’

·       The Board is evaluating pricing for on-site security services to perform sweeps at night

Other

·       We’ve noticed our hallway carpets have dirtied quickly in recent weeks—please be conscious of anything you’re moving through the hallways (i.e. carts, bikes, etc.)

·       We’ve received interest in monthly leasing for our overflow parking spots. The Board will send further information to owners.

The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, October 11th at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
