• We received an update from the interior designer and will review the proposal during the annual meeting

• Ornamental Design will have a quote for further fencing upgrades by end of the week
• We’re looking into new software for our security system to make reviewing footage easier

• We will discuss HOA fee payment options during the annual meeting
• Automatic bill pay that sends a physical check to Scott
• Electronic transfer directly into HOA account
