Maintenance
· Lobby Remodel—we’re still pending furniture delivery and that will be completed over the coming weeks.
Security
· We are following up with nurseries for pyracantha to plant along our exterior fencing
Reminders
· From the house rules: quiet hours are 10pm-6am 7 days per week
o Please make every effort to ensure any construction is done during regular business hours
· From the house rules: a $500.00 move in fee will be charged to the unit owner when their condominium is leased or rented. This fee will be charged each time a new renter moves in, or there is a change of occupancy.
Other
· The Board has elected Audrey Neville to serve the remainder of Zach’s term
· Annual Meeting—the annual meeting will be March 24th at 630pm, conducted via Zoom. We will email details before the meeting.
The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, April 13th at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
