Maintenance
- The north hallway air conditioning unit on the 4th floor is currently being replaced
- 4th floor comprehensive paint touch ups are in progress—balcony railings will be done after
- Window exteriors have been washed
- Carpet cleaning was done, but they will be returning for spot cleaning
- Our interior design consultant is finishing up their proposals—we will meet with her next month
- Cleaners have received our feedback and we’ve requested a more specific schedule that we will be monitoring closely
Security
- Assessments for the security upgrades will be sent late August
Other
- Updated house rules have been distributed
The next monthly HOA meeting will occur Tuesday, August 27th in The Club lobby at 5pm.
