  • Parking in the rear overflow lot again discussed. Parking passes are not here yet and will be costing $50/month. 72 hour limit will still be in place and parking will still be on first come, first served basis. HOA will be purchasing a boot. If caught without a pass after 72 hour time limit, car will be booted. Boot will be removed with $100 cash fee. New signs will be in the back to make this clear.
  • Board will also see about getting a post for dog poop bags in the back—please clean up after dogs—thanks.
  • Painting still needs to be done in northeast stairway. Scott will check on possibility of getting more recycling containers.
  • Profit and loss statements reviewed. 20% HOA dues increase will start in January. Our HOA fees remain low compared to most condos in downtown area. At the moment we are keeping up with costs, but utilities cost, maintenance needs and inflation keep increasing. We are looking at possible special monthly special assessment to prepare for eventual roof replacements and replenish capitol reserve account. This will be discussed further with a vote at the March annual meeting.
  • We are looking at new location in north stairwell area to place some shelving and camera to have a better place for Amazon packages, etc. More info to come on this. This will be be better for security and also appearance in our lobby.
