Club HOA board meeting 2/11/2025

• Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Scott Dastrup and Jean Stephenson
• Scott Dastrup will be checking on recent number of move ins. Parking pass fees and move in fees will be going directly into reserve account.
• There is now a dog waste dispenser in the back. Please use this and clean up after your dogs.
• HOA rules on the Club website are being updated.
• New location for package deliveries is still in process. We are looking into the possibility of more security cameras.
• Annual meeting is scheduled via Zoom on March 11 at 7pm. Scott Dastrup will be sending email with financial info, voting info and updated directory. Anyone interested in running for a spot on the HOA board, please let Scott Dastrup know. Also please send him any questions prior to the meeting, so they can be added to the agenda.
• Next board meeting will be held March 4 at 4pm to finalize preparations for the annual meeting.
