Security

  • Given the security incident with unauthorized entry using a security code, we voted to eliminate entry codes.
  • Contractors and real estate agents must check out a fob to access the building.
  • We will require a $100 deposit for a separate fob, and $75 would be returned upon receiving the fob back.
  • Vendors (mail delivery, cleaning, etc.) will continue to access the building via their usual means.
  • We’re checking if our entry system can be updated to support non-local telephone numbers.
  • The temporary code Scott emailed will be valid until Monday, September 30th

Maintenance

  • We’re continuing to evaluate the interior design bid for the lobby
  • We’ll request another roof inspection ahead of the winter
