The Club HOA June 2018             June 26th 2018, 5pm

1.Completed

  1. Motion sensor lights on the front of the building now remain on
  2. The timing on the garage doors have been updated
  3. Window washing has been completed
  4. Beeline pest control sprayed June 13th

 

2.Security

  1. Rear fencing—further bids for rear fencing will be obtained. To construct a block fence is approximately $30k-$40k. As such, Scott is getting pricing for pre-fabricated fencing which will be a fraction of the cost.
  2. Scott is getting pricing on installation of deadbolts for all storage units and we will be requiring owners to change their locks.
  3. We’re evaluating addition of a secure package drop box to keep delivered packages secure inside the building.
  4. Cleaning
  5. We are asking our cleaning company to improve specific aspects of their cleaning to improve their care and maintenance of the building.
  6. Garage power washing will be scheduled within in the next month. A date will be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance, please ensure your vehicle can be moved so cleaning can be thorough.
  7. Landscaping
  8. The rock in the front entry area has been refreshed and filled in
  9. Maintenance will be performed on the fountain, we’re considering adding a float control to automatically maintain the water level.

5.Other

  1. The Board voted Nathan Peters to serve as the Authorized Individual/Control Person of the Fidelity account.
  2. The Board has been requested to evaluate making The Club a smoke-free environment. We are in communication with our attorney on steps of implementation and this will be further considered with residents.

Reminders

Any rental agreement in The Club must be for a minimum of 1 year. This is also noted in the CC&Rs.

 

 

The next monthly HOA meeting will be Monday, July 16th at 5pm in The Club lobby.
