May HOA board meeting

Present: 

Scott Dastrup, Scott Ingham, Brent Anderson and Jean Stephenson

Scott Dastrup will arrange assessment by plumber to further assess recent leak in garage.

HVAC project is still in process.

Scott Dastrup will contract with electrician for bid on installing EV chargers in garage parking spaces.

Email reminder will be sent to residents to make sure we have no gas barbecues on patios. This is fire code and not a rule placed by the HOA.
