HOA Board meeting 4/2/24

Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Scott Dastrup and Jean Stephenson

Construction rules may be further assessed in house rules to address cleanliness during projects.

So far $97,461 has been collected for special assessment related to heating/cooling project. 8-10 units are still needing to submit payment. Scott Dastrup will sent out reminders as needed.

Roof inspection has been completed with 2-3 small repairs completed.

Hopefully, HVAC project will start in May. Individual units will be done first. 

Garage “clickers” are in. Cost of clickers is $50 and fobs are $30. Please contact Scott Dastrup if these items are needed.

Elevator service is now on 90 day contract before service will be transferred to Carson Elevator.

Next Board meeting scheduled for May 21 @ 4pm.

FYI to all residents:

Feeding of wild animals and birds is highly discouraged. This feeding raises ethical questions. One of the risks is cleanliness and spread of bacteria. Also, bird populations have declined, but the birds at feeders are the species needing the most help.
