Maintenance

·       Lobby Remodel—we anticipate to be wrapping up painting within the next 2-3 weeks.

Security

·       Our motion sensor lights in the northwest corner are up and functioning

Other

·       CC&R 3.2.9 has been interpreted (with our attorney) to allow for hardship exemptions for lease agreements and allows the board to use discretion in evaluating hardships. Lease agreements must still be made with a minimum 12-month term.

·       Annual Meeting—the annual meeting will be March 24th at 630pm, conducted via Zoom. We will email details before the meeting.
