Rental cap. SD is going to speak with our attorney to get clarification about the wording of the majority percentages in section D of the Amendment to the CC&R.
SD will investigate the cause of the water leak in the courtyard fountain.
SD will investigate the cause of the excessive noise coming from the north garage door each time it lowers.
Due to security concerns, the board granted approval to SD to look for a replacement for the “sitting” rock on the left hand side of the garage exit door.
SD is currently gathering information and bids from private security companies to monitor The Club.
SD is currently negotiating the price of the air space rental of the east balconies with the city. These balconies encroach over the city’s property boundary by approximately one foot. This rental payment from The Club has always been a requirement by law; however, SD is trying to lower it.
There has been no new news for the rumored parking-rule changes on 300 East.
Future maintenance and to-do items:
The blue recycling cans will be washed in May, and windows in June.
Carpet in all common areas will be cleaned. Date(s) TBD.
The north and south garages will be power-washed. SD will notify residents approximately 10 days prior.
