The Club HOA, July 13^th 2021

Maintenance

·       We’ve followed up with the contractor to remove the pine tree out front

Security

·       We’ll be conducting another fob blitz—Scott will be sending information to owners and will need confirmation of fob #s back by July 31^st (targeting Monday, August 2^nd to reset the system)

·       Rose hedges have been planted along the rear fence and they’re taking well

·       The rear fence has been repaired where a bar was bent/missing

Other

·       Rental Cap—we are nearing the rental cap. Should we reach the 35% limit we will need to restrict rentals as defined in the CC&Rs.

The next monthly HOA meeting will be August 18^th at 430pm conducted over Zoom.
