Board Update

• Zach Burgess has been confirmed as our new board member
• Board Officers:
• President: Lani Perkins
• Secretary: Nathan Peters
• Treasurer: Zach Burgess

Maintenance

• The lobby remodel will be put on hold until the outbreak resolves
• Additional disinfecting is currently taking place on common area surfaces 3 days per week

Security

• We will only allow valid real estate key fob boxes to be placed on the outside of the building
• We will communicate a new location for these boxes to be placed
• Management companies will not be allowed to place boxes there
• For any rental showings, the management company must be present and no third party management companies will be permitted under any circumstances
• Board will amend house rules and regulations

Other

• Our earthquake policy will be increasing in cost given the recent earthquake (currently $6,000 per year, current servicer is increasing to $12,000).
• We are exploring a new policy that would be $9,000

The next monthly HOA meeting will take place over Zoom video on Tuesday, May 12th. Minutes will be posted online.
