The grease and dirt on the carpet outside unit #305 has been removed.
The ceiling repairs to the ceiling in the north garage are complete.
JM sent a friendly reminder to owners who have not yet voted on the rental cap proposal.
Future maintenance and to-do items:
The LED bulbs for the light posts in the overflow parking lot have been ordered, and should be installed by 11/30.
The scheduled, third floor balcony maintenance has been completed for all but three units. These will be re-scheduled for 2017.
Revised House rules will be distributed by 11/30. Damage to common areas; smoking; outdoor grills; parking; and a new electric vehicle fee are the focus of the changes.
SD is still negotiating the $8600 bill from Firetrol.
The board voted to not create a pet fee at this time.
Other discussion topics: Unpaid security camera assessments; revised profit & loss statement; and adding a roving security camera to monitor common areas experiencing issues.

Please be mindful of who wants access into our building. For example, people looking for the “rental office” should not be let in the lobby.
A holiday party will be held for owners & residents in the main lobby on Saturday, 12/10 from 6-9 p.m. BYOFood and/or BYOB.
