Minutes for The Club HOA Monthly Board Meeting

April 18th, 2018, 5pm

  2. Peak Security is providing 5 nightly sweeps of the building grounds, their efficacy is being evaluated.
  3. Improved lighting for the rear parking area has been ordered.

i.We will proceed with resetting our access system, including recoding garage door openers, resetting access codes, and resetting key fobs. Scott will email details the week of April 23rd.

ii.Scott is checking with the city on permissibility to install razor wire in rear parking area, and we are considering options to improve/raise our fencing.

iii.Additional fencing will be added in the northwest portion of the existing rear fence next week.

iv.Please consider adding a deadbolt to your storage unit—we’ve received a few recent reports of tampering and theft in units.

  1. Garage painting is currently on hold while we evaluate further security upgrades
  2. Cleaning—we will be receiving a bid from another cleaning company, Pro Clean, this week.

  2. Please report instances of crime and suspicious activity in our neighborhood, this is key in helping police focus their efforts.
  3. Please ensure the front door closes securely behind you as you enter and leave the building, and other access points are secured to prevent unauthorized access. A sign has been ordered to serve as a reminder.
  4. Delivery persons should not be given access codes to the building—either buzz them in from the keypad or meet them at the door.
  5. As mentioned during the annual meeting, the unloading zone in front of the building is only to be used for 10 minutes or less.

 

The next monthly board meeting will be Tuesday, May 15th at 5pm in The Club lobby.
