The Club HOA, April 20^th, 2021

Board members in attendance: Nathan Peters, Lani Perkins, Audrey Neville

Maintenance

·       Lobby Remodel—furniture is scheduled for delivery by end of the month

o  2 chairs are on backorder so we’re looking for other options

·       Pest control spraying has been scheduled for this week

Security

·       Landscapers have suggested that we do not install pyracantha due to the difficulty to upkeep it

o  We are exploring other options for plants that can also fit this purpose

Other

·       The Board discussed some recent issues with subletting. There should be no occupant who is not on a lease agreement. This will be clarified in the House Rules.

The next monthly HOA meeting will be Wednesday, May 18^th at 4pm conducted over Zoom.
