The Club HOA, February 18, 2019

• The annual meeting will be Wednesday, March 27th at 630pm in The Club lobby
• The proxies to make The Club non-smoking will be mailed prior to the meeting, we’ll target to send them early March
• Updated directories will be distributed

• Maintenance
• We’ve received a bid to paint the entry lobby and will likely pursue that this year
• Recycling—we’ve posted sheets with recyclable items

• Security
• New entry codes will go into effect on March 1st, please ensure you respond to Scott with your desired code.
• Fencing in the back of the building is complete, we’re pleased with the results of the project.

The next monthly HOA meeting will occur Tuesday, March 19th in The Club lobby.
