The Club HOA, June 25th, 2019

Maintenance

  • Cleaning—we’re following up again with the cleaning company as we’ve noticed a decline in their efficacy
  • Window washing should be late July—this was delayed due to rain and storms
  • Moore Brothers will be painting 4th floor comprehensive touch ups and north and west facing balcony railings on July 8th
  • They will need access to units to update the railings
  • Full carpet cleaning of common areas is scheduled for July 9th
  • We’re proceeding with an interior design consultation for common areas

 

Security

  • Be cautious of 1-day delivery services, as most have been leaving packages outside
  • Entry codes should not be provided to delivery services
  • Assessments for security upgrades—with our thorough upgrades to security (fencing being most significant), we will be issuing assessments in the amounts shown below. We’ve decided this is the most reasonable course of action to preserve The Club’s reserves.
  • Cost per unit will be in the amount of the following—these will be mailed in the coming weeks
  • 1bd=$341
  • 2bd=$363
  • 2bd+=$388

Updated house rules will be distributed in the coming weeks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The next monthly HOA meeting will occur Tuesday, July 23rd in The Club lobby at 5pm.
