Maintenance
· Lobby Remodel
o Demo will begin December 14th and new tile should be completed by December 23rd
o Please use the stairwells if you are able
o Elevators will be available, but need to be locked one at a time to demo and lay tile
o Assessments will go out this year and will be communicated soon
§ We’ll cap the assessment at a determined amount and any residual expense will be paid out of our reserve funds
Security
· The motion sensor light in the northwest corner has not been installed, we’ve followed up with our electrician and are pending a response.
o In the meantime, we’re exploring using solar lights which will be a significant cost saving
Other
· We will not be holding a holiday social this year due to the pandemic. We wish everyone a happy, healthy holiday season and hope to be able to meet for the annual meeting in March
The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, January 12th at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
