A hard-copy manual for our camera security system has been received, and will be kept in the office.
The open/close time for the south garage door has been shortened.
The courtyard fountain has been turned off for the winter season.
SD learned that The Club owns the black fence behind our building. This gives us the option to make security enhancements, which SD is continuing to research. Once an option is chosen, it will be added to the to-do items list.
Topics discussed:
The vacant Public Safety building across the street: There will be a City Planning Commission meeting on 11/29 at 5:30 p.m. at 451 S State Street, Room 326 for those interested in attending.
Parcel package box. The Board determined this probably will not be done due to a lack of common area space, and a lack of a secure method for exchanging keys for all carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and package recipients.
Future maintenance and to-do items:
Continuing: The board is gathering additional guidance regarding the placement of satellite dishes.
SD will work with our garage door installer to fine-tune the open/close timing of the north door to help improve security.
SD will arrange for the trimming of the trees in front, and the very tall pine tree in the southwest corner of the courtyard within the next few weeks.
Firetrol will be winterizing the fire sprinkler lines on December 1.
By mid-December, SD will arrange to have vertical posts installed in the narrow opening behind the northwest corner of the garage.
