Maintenance
Patching has been completed in the garage where we had holes
The fountain has been winterized and sprinklers will be winterized within the next week
American Roofing will be out to inspect our roof next week
Firetrol will complete their inspection in the coming weeks
We will continue discussion of lobby remodeling during our annual meeting in March
Security
As a follow up to disabling access codes, long distance phone numbers will now work on the keypad out front. We ordered this setup through Century Link.

Smoking
We’ve had multiple reports of smoking on balconies and smoke drifting into hallways—smoking must be outside, at least 25 feet away from the building. Please respect our community and abide the Clean Air Act.
Signage has been ordered for entry doors and will be posted soon
Other
Come meet your neighbors! There will be a meet and greet this Friday at 530pm in the courtyard. There will be servings of the finest ‘2 Buck Chuck’ available. Feel free to bring a beverage of your choosing.
If you are having big repairs or remodeling done, please be conscious of potential noise and let your neighbors know. Please keep hours limited and be considerate of weekend work.
The next monthly HOA meeting will occur, Tuesday, November 19th in The Club lobby at 5pm
