The Club HOA, April 12th, 2022

Maintenance

·       Our building inspection has been completed—there was no evidence of structural distress found and feedback was very positive on quality of the construction of the building

·       Trees have been reserved for the front—we are coordinating with the nursey and our landscaper to have them planted in the next 2-3 weeks

·       We’re getting a quote for dryer duct cleaning in the coming weeks

·       2nd floor hallway maintenance and balcony resurfacing will be scheduled

Security

·       We received an initial bid for security system upgrade—new modules at entry points, upgraded camera system and DVR, and front door video intercom system with mobile app capability. The Board is following up on feasibility of only new entry readers and elevator tie in.

o  New entry readers with elevator tie in=$7,300

o  New camera system and hard drive=$3,700

o  Front door video intercom station with mobile app capability=$3,100

 

The next monthly HOA meeting will be May 11th at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
