Minutes for The Club HOA Monthly Board Meeting May 15th, 2018, 5pm

The Club HOA May 2018

  1. Completed
  2. The contract with Peak Security has been terminated due to their ineffectiveness
  3. Lighting for the rear parking area has been upgraded and lights will remain on at night
  4. The security system has been refreshed and final codes have been communicated
  5. Additional fencing has been added to the northwest corner of the parking area and the former access door has been welded shut

i.We will be receiving bids to improve the rear fencing. Per city officials, we are not able to install razor/barbed wire

ii.The timing on the garage doors will be checked as they seem to be staying open longer than expected

iii.We are working to update front motion sensor lighting to remain on at night

iv.An estimate will be obtained to install deadbolts for all storage units

  1. Cleaning

i.The new cleaning bid was comparable to the existing ProClean contract, we will continue to assess the existing service over the next month

ii.Exterior window cleaning will be scheduled within the next month—your deck windows are excluded as you can access those and clean yourself

iii.Garage power washing will be scheduled within the next month

  1. Landscaping

i.We will be getting flagstone to fill the location of the old potted plants near the front entry

  1. Parking

i.We are contacting nearby buildings to see if we can obtain additional parking in their lots

  1. Reminders
  2. During our meeting, an owner provided a delivery person a code to access the building. This carelessness with codes endangers everyone. PLEASE DO NOT DISTRIBUTE YOUR CODES to those who should not have them.
  3. Break down your boxes that you are putting in the recycling

 

 

 

The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, June 26th at 5pm in The Club lobby.
