The Club HOA November 15th, 2018

Board members in attendance: Jo Anne Hook, Nathan Peters, James Morgese

Security

  • We will likely be resetting entrance codes soon after the new year
  • Deadbolts have been completed, owners will be receiving a $100 assessment within the next month. Thank you all for your cooperation.
  • Fencing is scheduled to be upgraded near the end of the year or early January

 

Maintenance

  • We will be upgrading entrance mats to help keep our tile and carpets clean, and help reduce water on floors. A vendor will be providing the service, and will clean and replace the mats on a monthly basis.
  • Third floor painting will be finished on the 20th
  • Firetrol will be doing their annual maintenance within the next 2 weeks
  • Scott will follow up to confirm status of roofing maintenance
  • Carpet cleaning will be scheduled for the entire building

 

Other

  • HOA payment books will be sent soon. Effective for 2019 payments will need to be sent to Scott Dastrup’s office and not The Club Office.
  • To assist in maintaining carpet and upkeep of common areas, a $25 monthly fee will be required for dog owners beginning January 1st. This is common for properties like The Club as extra cleaning expenses are incurred.
  • The Club Annual Holiday Party will be Friday, December 7th in the lobby at 630pm

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, January 15th at 5pm in The Club lobby.
