The 10th, and final, security camera has been installed, and all cameras have been cleaned.
Hard copy, and electronic versions of the rental cap flyer have been distributed.
Future maintenance and to-do items:
Gorgeous Decks will begin deck maintenance and repair on the 3rd floor during the coming weeks. Owners will be contacted to schedule the work.
SD has arranged for the installation of a bulletin board in each elevator, which should be completed by mid-October.
SD will schedule outdoor pest control spraying – probably before the end of October.
SD will arrange to have the light replaced in the south light post in the overflow parking lot.

After the meeting, JH and SD discussed fees for the owners of pets, and electric vehicles. These topics will be explored more in depth during the next board meeting on 10/25.
Notes to owners & residents:
Friendly reminder to bike owners who store their bikes in the stairwells: Please do not secure your bikes to fixtures such as stair railings, or plumbing pipes and valves.
During the next month, you should receive three separate emails from Scott dealing with neighborhood concerns; fire codes, and safety; and pet rules.
Please return the proxy that accompanied the rental cap flyer to Scott by 10/1. This is your chance to make your voice heard.
