The Club HOA, May 11^th, 2022

Maintenance

·       Dryer vent cleaning will be scheduled with Coit—they will perform the cleaning from inside units and will need access to all units

o  We will communicate the date and times once we have them

·       The front door callbox is currently down and a technician from the phone company is scheduled for Saturday, May 14^th

·       Trees have been planted in the front

Security

·       We will be pursuing an upgrade to our entry systems + elevator readers with M2 Building Systems given the age of our current system

o  More information will be communicated once we have a date for installation

o  We will defer any upgrade of the camera system/front door and intercom station to a later time

Other

·       We will be sending a board election ballot via online Qualtrics survey to owners

The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, June 14^th at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
