The Board reviewed the procedures for turning off the fire alarm, the sprinkler system, and the main water supply to the building in the event of an emergency.
SD will continue his feasibility study of hiring a private security company to monitor The Club.

Future maintenance and to-do items:
The blue recycling cans will be washed by July 31.
SD will issue the filed rental cap to all owners by July 31.
SD will coordinate installation of security cameras in the garage areas with Elite Security. Tentative dates are July 25-26.
SD will see if the automatic sprinkler system in front has additional time slots available for more frequent watering.
Painting of the south and east-facing balcony railings has begun.
Fourth floor deck maintenance will begin by July 17.
Window washing has been scheduled for July 20.
