Sept 11 2024 Club Condo HOA board meeting

Steve Murray of Red Rock Heating presented info that HVAC project is now complete. Work has 10 year warranty,


Elevator has been repaired in the last few days. Response from Carson Elevator was fast.


Scott Dastrup spent time using pressure washer on our rocks in the front, but not all the orange paint came off.


Anyone interested in wiring for EV chargers in the garage should contact Dustin of GreenSide Electric (801-864-0435) individually. Thereafter, there would be a $60 HOA monthly fee.

Dustin is still waiting to hear back from Rocky Mountain Power to see how much our grid can handle.


There was a beehive on the roof and that has been taken care of.


We will be looking at a 5 year plan of improvement needs around the building. Replacing carpet in hallway would probably cost $35K. HOA dues will increase again in 2025 due to increased cost of power, water, etc. 


FYI, the overflow parking is designed as overflow parking, not parking your car for 72 hours in one spot and then moving to a different spot for 72 hours or trading the same spot with another car from your same condo.

Also, please keep parking spaces for your car and not storage for other items.
