The Club HOA, January 7th, 2020

Maintenance

• American Roofing inspected our roof and completed some patching—they didn’t find any major issues

Security

• We’re following up with Ornamental Design for further improvement opportunities on security for our rear fence
• DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLES—we’ve had more break ins in the past few weeks and these instances increase the likelihood of further theft

Neighborhood

• Bonneville Builders will begin construction on The Magnolia directly across the street from us in the coming months
• We’ve heard that Cowboy Partners has backed out of The Violin Commons project. The city is placing the Public Safety Building across the street back up for sale
• We are requesting a meeting with our Community Liaison, Tim Cosgrove, to discuss neighborhood concerns

We are scheduling our annual meeting for Wednesday, March 18th at 630pm in The Club lobby.

The next monthly HOA meeting will occur Tuesday, February 11th in The Club lobby at 5pm.
