Lock box with unit keys is stored in the building for unit keys needed for emergency use.
Overflow parking in the back is still being evaluated.
There is a quorum of yes votes for heating/cooling unit replacement, so project will go ahead. Scott Dastrup will be sending out emails with billing statements for the assessment costs.
Annual meeting will be held in March via Zoom, as this increases likelihood of good attendance.
Possibility of decorative window treatments or break resistant glass in front lobby windows is still being addressed and evaluated.
More garage door “clickers”have been ordered 2 weeks ago—contact Scott Dastrup if needed.
Elevator service is now on a month to month basis contract. Scott Dastrup will also get bid from another company he uses in other buildings.
HOA board will meet March 5 to further address the budget.
Annual meeting is scheduled for the second Tuesday of March, which would be March 12. If anyone has questions regarding the board, the building, costs, etc, please email them to the board before the annual meeting, that would be fantastic.
