November 22nd, 2022

Board members in attendance: Nathan Peters, Audrey Neville, Brock Saylor

Maintenance

·       Xeriscaping has been completed. We will be adding some additional plants in the spring. We hope residents are pleased with the result and that this will alleviate camping issues.

·       We will explore options for replacing the iron doors at the front entry of the building

Security

·       We are following up with Buchanan Access Systems to finalize a bid for our entry system upgrade.

·       We are considering installing an Amazon delivery lockbox in our building and will evaluate in the next few months

Other

·       The Board is working on signage for the current overflow parking area. Once we are able to install the signage we will proceed with the leasing of the spaces. The Board will reach out to those who have expressed interest. The proceeds from the fees will be used to fund the general HOA account.

·       The Board met with Mayor Mendenhall and her staff in October regarding neighborhood concerns. We became aware that the old Public Safety Building will receive proposals for development in the near future. We encourage residents to deliver feedback and the Board will monitor as well.

·       We have received requests to consider amending the weight restriction for dogs in the building and will include this as a discussion item at the annual meeting in March.

The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, January 10th at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
