Maintenance

·        We are coordinating with a property inspector to perform an evaluation of the building and property.

·        Our roof inspection was completed and some minor patching was done. There were no major concerns.

·        Scott is following up with our elevator service company on recent maintenance

Security

·        We are evaluating security system upgrades for the building with M2 Building Systems given that our system is more than 20 years old

Other

·        Scott is submitting paperwork to have our building approved by the VA, which would qualify our building for VA supported loans

The Club Annual HOA meeting will be March 9^th at 630pm, conducted over Zoom. A meeting invite will be sent to owners ahead of the call.

The next monthly HOA meeting will be February 8^th  at 4pm conducted over Zoom.
