The Club HOA, January 11th, 2022

Maintenance

·        We are coordinating with a property inspector to perform an evaluation of the building and property.

·        Our roof inspection was completed and some minor patching was done. There were no major concerns.

·        Scott is following up with our elevator service company on recent maintenance

Security

·        We are evaluating security system upgrades for the building with M2 Building Systems given that our system is more than 20 years old

Other

·        Scott is submitting paperwork to have our building approved by the VA, which would qualify our building for VA supported loans

The Club Annual HOA meeting will be March 9th at 630pm, conducted over Zoom. A meeting invite will be sent to owners ahead of the call.

The next monthly HOA meeting will be February 8th  at 4pm conducted over Zoom.
