Security
· As a reminder,
1. if you notice suspicious activity, damage, or find evidence of theft on our property, please ensure you raise the concern to Scott and the HOA members, communicating via phone/text.
2. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle--it compromises the security of the building
3. Do not let anyone into the building who you do not know
4. Do not let anyone tailgate into the parking garage
· We are following up with Buchanan Access Systems to schedule a date for the entry system upgrades
· We are exploring security enhancements for the front door
Other
· The Annual Meeting will be Wednesday, March 1st at 630pm, conducted over Zoom. An email invite has been sent to owners.
· Please keep your dogs on a leash when in common areas, thank you.
· You can use the SLC Mobile app to raise service requests and area concerns with the city—The Board encourages everyone to download this to help keep our neighborhood clean and safe.
The next monthly HOA meeting will be Tuesday, March 21st at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
