The Firetrol system leak has been located and fixed.
JH has uploaded the bylaws to the website.
The broken sprinklers, and dead grass in front - resulting from the Google fiber install - have been remedied.
Three “72-hour limit” signs have been posted in the overflow parking area.
Assessment notices for the new security cameras were mailed 30 days ago.
Future maintenance and to-do items:
SD will be meeting with AGT by 8/31 to get a deck repair and maintenance bid for the 3rd floor.
A 10th, and final, security camera that was part of the original install bid, will be installed by 8/31.
SD will follow up on the elevator bulletin boards, and the cleaning of the security cameras after the lighting upgrade.

Notes to owners & residents:
Google Fiber, accompanied by a food cart, has tentatively scheduled a kickoff presentation for 8/31 from 6:30-8:30 in the courtyard.
Owners, you will soon be receiving an email, and hard-copy flyer regarding rental caps from one of the board members.
In the event that our key fob/manual code entry system is disabled, and the garage door openers are not working (for example, during a power outage), you can enter the building through the pedestrian doors adjacent to the garage entrance, or exit. Contact SD if you do not have a key.
