American Roofing inspected our roof and we’re waiting to hear back on results
Firetrol has completed their inspection
Sprinkler system has been winterized
Air filters have been cleaned

If you are moving anything in or out of the building that requires both front doors to be opened, please be sure the north most door is locked
Owners and tenants are responsible for ensuring doors are either closed or monitored during the moving process to prevent unauthorized entry
We’ve historically had increased security issues during the holiday seasons—remember to not leave valuables or packages in your vehicles.

For 2020 HOA payments we’ll be moving away from payment booklets. Options will be for electronic deposit or electronic bill-pay. More information to come.
Recycling continues to be an issue—we can’t have shredded paper, plastic garbage bags, or Tetrapaks (packaging that commonly stores food items like chicken broth, some soups, to extend shelf life) in the bins. Please review what you’re putting in the bins, as we’re at risk for being fined by the city for non-compliance.
The next monthly HOA meeting will occur Tuesday, January 14th in The Club lobby at 5pm
