The Board met with our attorney to review any legal opportunities to protect our building from neighboring building owners.
He advised that until damages occur or can be proven, that our options are limited
We will continue to follow up with city officials, police, and our community intelligence officers to highlight issues. The Board encourages residents to do the same.
We continue to receive notifications of tenants/owners smoking inside their units and on their balconies—please be mindful of your neighbors, the house rules, and the Utah Clean Air Act and smoke outside, at least 25 feet from the building.
Real estate agent boxes will be allowed to be placed on the north side of the building on the gas meters
For security purposes we will be performing another fob blitz—fob numbers will need to be confirmed to Scott to be verified in the system.
Scott will distribute updated house rules.
The next monthly HOA meeting will be Wednesday, July 15th at 5pm, conducted over Zoom.
